What You'll Do as an Outside Sales Representative
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers throughout your assigned territory.
- Prospect new business through in-person visits, cold calls, networking, and consistent follow-up using our proven sales process.
- Help businesses improve the way they print, manage documents, promote their brand, and operate more efficiently.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline by documenting customer interactions and tracking opportunities in our contact management system.
- Prepare quotes and proposals while guiding customers through the sales process from initial conversation to closing.
- Collaborate with our customer service and product teams to ensure a seamless experience after the sale.
- Work one-on-one with experienced sales leaders who will coach you to build your own book of business.
- Travel throughout Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Lebanon Counties, spending approximately three days meeting with customers and prospects and two days in the office planning, following up, and setting appointments.

What We Offer Our Outside Sales Representative
- $55,000-$65,000/year total anticipated first-year earnings
- Paid time off
- Paid holidays
- Retirement plan with a 3% company match
- $400/month car allowance
- Company apparel and laptop provided
- Personalized training and one-on-one coaching with the Sales Manager and Owner using a proven sales system
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the field and 2 days in the office (after training)
