About the Opportunity:

Company X is a leading provider of customized office technology, managed IT, document management, and print solutions designed to help businesses reduce costs, improve productivity, and operate more efficiently.

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative with proven B2B sales experience to join our growing sales team. This is a consultative, business-development-focused sales position for someone who enjoys meeting with business owners, C-level executives, and IT professionals to identify challenges and develop technology solutions that deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales hunter who is comfortable prospecting for new business, developing relationships, conducting discovery meetings, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business-development activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and appointment setting through discovery, solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, business owners, IT leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Take a consultative approach to understand each customer's business, technology, document management, and IT needs.
• Identify opportunities where technology can reduce costs, improve productivity, increase efficiency, and solve business challenges.
• Present customized solutions involving managed IT, office technology, document management, print management, and related technology services.
• Conduct customer meetings, account reviews, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Grow existing accounts while aggressively developing net-new business.
• Handle objections effectively and communicate the value and ROI of proposed solutions.
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity information and consistently meet measurable prospecting and sales objectives.
• Stay current on emerging office technology, IT services, and business technology solutions.
• Work closely with internal sales support, technology specialists, and leadership to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience; 1–3 years is ideal.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close new business.
• Strong hunter mentality with the motivation to build a book of business from the ground up.
• Comfortable selling to business owners, C-level executives, and IT professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Ability to ask strategic, open-ended questions to uncover business and technology needs.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with IT networks, managed IT services, office technology, document management, or print solutions is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, competitive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and selling across a variety of industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
