Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, job site visits, and referrals.
Build relationships with construction companies, general contractors, industrial facilities, municipalities, and event organizers.
Prepare and present pricing proposals and service agreements.
Conduct site visits to determine customer needs.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain customer information in the CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Stay informed on competitors and market conditions.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience required.
Portable restroom, waste management, temporary fencing, or construction industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
