Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Restaurant Partnerships
Job Type: Contract (W2)
Pay Rate: $29/hr on W2 + Uncapped Commission
Average On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1,900/month
Duration: 12+ Months
Travel Requirement: 50%+ Travel (Company Paid)

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Emerging Markets Sales team. This role is responsible for acquiring new SMB customers, expanding market presence in underserved territories, and driving business growth through face-to-face sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), particularly within the food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or service industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, engage, and acquire new business customers within assigned territories.
  • Travel throughout assigned markets to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Present service offerings and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Manage a fast-paced sales cycle and close new business opportunities quickly.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to execute territory growth strategies.
  • Utilize both inside and outside sales techniques to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline activity and reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • 2.5+ years of sales experience in a closing role or related sales environment.
  • Proven experience selling to SMB (Small & Medium-Sized Business) customers.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territories.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food & Beverage industry experience.
  • Hospitality industry experience.
  • Retail or local business sales experience.
  • Territory sales or outside sales experience.
  • Experience developing new business and expanding market presence.
