True North Restoration is looking for an experienced outside salesperson to become our business development presence throughout McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Collin County, and North DFW.

You'll get out into the market.

You'll meet the people who influence where restoration work goes.

You'll build relationships.

You'll open doors.

And over time, you'll develop a professional network that knows you as the person to call when a customer, property, or business needs help.

What You're Building

Restoration is a relationship-driven business.

When a pipe bursts inside a home, an apartment community floods, or a commercial property experiences a major loss, people need help quickly.

And often, they turn to someone they already trust for a recommendation.

That might be:

• A Plumber
• An Insurance Agent
• A Property Manager
• A Home Builder
• An HVAC Contractor
• A General Contractor
• A Facility Manager
• A Commercial Property Professional

Your job is to build those relationships before the loss happens.

You're creating a network of professionals who know True North, understand what we do, trust how we operate, and think of us when an opportunity arises.

Your Market

You'll develop relationships throughout:

• McKinney
• Frisco
• Prosper
• Greater Collin County
• North DFW

This is one of the fastest-growing areas in North Texas, with expanding residential communities, commercial development, multifamily properties, contractors, service businesses, and professional networks.

Your opportunity is to get deeply connected to that market.

What Your Week Looks Like

This is a true field-based business development position.

You'll spend most of your week:

• Prospecting new referral partners
• Walking into businesses and introducing True North
• Meeting insurance professionals
• Developing relationships with plumbers and HVAC companies
• Calling on property and facility managers
• Building relationships with home builders and contractors
• Developing commercial accounts
• Conducting face-to-face meetings
• Attending networking and community events
• Following up with prospects and existing relationships
• Managing your contacts and opportunities through CRM
• Working directly with leadership on growth opportunities

Some relationships will produce opportunities quickly.

Others will take time.

The person who wins here understands that consistency creates trust—and trust eventually creates business.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already knows how to operate in outside sales.

Ideally, you:

• Have 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Are comfortable prospecting for new business
• Can walk into a company where nobody knows you and start a conversation
• Enjoy meeting people face-to-face
• Know how to develop relationships instead of just pitching products
• Follow up consistently
• Can manage your own schedule and territory
• Are organized and accountable
• Are comfortable working within CRM
• Want meaningful influence over the market you're developing
• Value integrity and doing business the right way

Restoration experience is not required.

Experience in insurance, property services, homebuilding, construction, plumbing/HVAC, commercial services, property management, or another relationship-driven B2B industry can translate particularly well.
