Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Create and present roofing proposals
• Build trust with customers through professionalism and communication
• Coordinate with project managers and office staff throughout the job process
• Maintain strong customer relationships and referral opportunities

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to carry/climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Ability to work in cold and hot conditions
