OUTSIDE SALES REP


An outside sales representative meets with prospects and clients in person rather than selling over the phone or online. Will be Required to travel to client offices, attend industry events, and manage relationships within a specific geographic territory


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our Family. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. creating and submitting sales reports. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.


Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous experience in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

Must be available to work 730am to 400pm Monday through Friday


Compensation will be Base plus commission.
