    Job Description

    Generator Sales Specialist (100% Commission | $150K–$300K+)
    Territory: Greater Chicagoland Area
    Company: Tri-State Water, Power & Air

    This Role Isn’t for Everyone

    We’re looking for a proven closer ready to take ownership of a high-opportunity territory. This is a 100% commission role for self-motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

    Top reps generate $1.5M–$3M+ annually - earning $150K–$300K+.

    What You’ll Do

    • Run company-provided leads + generate your own opportunities
    • Conduct in-home consultations and close standby generator systems
    • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
    • Build referral networks and maintain a strong pipeline

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven success in high-ticket sales
    • Driven, self-starter mindset
    • Strong communication and closing skills
    • Comfortable in a commission-only structure

    Compensation & Schedule

    • 100% commission (uncapped)
    • $150K–$300K+ realistic earnings
    • Field-based role with flexible schedule
    • Availability for 1–2 Saturdays/month based on demand
