We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative for our on-site team in Cincinnati, OH. In this acquisitions role, you will meet directly with property owners, understand their situation, present solutions clearly, and move opportunities forward with urgency. This role is well suited for someone who takes initiative, builds trust quickly, and stays energized by a fast-moving, client-facing sales environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in person to understand their needs, assess their situation, and present tailored solutions

• Drive acquisitions activity by managing opportunities from initial conversation through signed agreement

• Build rapport quickly with clients and guide conversations toward clear next steps

• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication throughout the sales process

• Work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly based on client needs and active opportunities

• Partner with internal team members to ensure a smooth handoff and strong client experience

Compensation Package

\n

• \n
• Month 1-3: $10,000.00/month ($30,000 total) while your pipeline builds
• \n
• Month 4 onward: $2,000.00/month base + uncapped commission on every closed deal
• \n
• On-target earnings: $185,000-$250,000
• \n
