Compensation (one simple plan)
Commission-only (1099). 15% of the customer’s monthly contract amount.
Paid monthly while the contract is active. No cap.
Starts when the account goes live and first payment is received. Estimated earnings (OTE): $80k–$120k (performance-based; not guaranteed).
