Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in commercial printing, graphic communications, or B2B sales who enjoys developing relationships and helping customers find the right print solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend commercial printing, signage, promotional products, and mailing solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with customer service, estimating, and production teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Follow up on estimates and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, printing technologies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (commercial printing experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of digital, large-format printing, and finishing processes is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
