Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, generate new business opportunities, provide design consultations, prepare estimates, and close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has unlimited earning potential through commissions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend custom closet solutions.
- Take measurements and gather project information.
- Prepare professional proposals and close sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, builders, designers, and contractors.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Represent Royal Innovation Closets with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred.
- Experience in closets, cabinetry, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
