3+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or distribution
A customer-first mindset withstrong communicationand negotiation skills
The ability to manage your time, territory, and priorities with confidence
Comfort using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
