Location: Omaha, NE 

Pay: Starting at $55,000 plus commission

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting new people, developing business relationships, and creating new opportunities? We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a Nebraska territory through new business development and account management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys spending time in the field building long-term partnerships.

What is the Job:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers throughout Nebraska.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and in-person visits.
• Conduct customer presentations and communicate service solutions effectively.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Research target accounts and develop a strong prospect pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customer solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure customer success.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage account growth strategies for existing customers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

What is Needed:

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven outside sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and pipeline management.
• General understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Proficient with computers and CRM platforms.
