Role Description This is a full-time, Outside Sales Representative role based in Farmington Hills, MI. The individual in this role will actively prospect and generate new business, meet with potential and existing clients, and present tailored insurance solutions across personal and commercial lines. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and managing a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales goals. The role also involves building long-term relationships, providing responsive customer service, and collaborating with agency staff to ensure accurate coverage and smooth policy administration. The Outside Sales Representative will represent Wolf-Chandler Agency, LLC in the local community, attend relevant events, and uphold the agency’s reputation for integrity and client-focused service.

• Strong sales skills, including Sales Presentations and New Business Development, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Proven Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to foster trust and retain clients over the long term.

• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for explaining coverage options and negotiating terms.
• \n
• Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services is highly beneficial; familiarity with personal and commercial lines is a plus.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in the field and engaging with diverse clients in person.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally for client meetings and community events.

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and office software to track leads, prepare proposals, and manage documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant professional insurance licenses/certifications are preferred.
