We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results -driven professional with a passion for architectural products. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients, presenting our products, and driving sales growth.<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>

  • Prospect and develop relationships with top architects, designers, and developers.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct presentations, including AIA continuing education sessions, to showcase our products.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Independently create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Embrace a hybrid approach, allowing for virtual meetings when appropriate.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Multiple years in an outside sales role, preferably in architectural or construction -related industries.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Self -motivated and able to work independently.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with architectural products and working directly with architects.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficient in virtual meeting tools.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc...)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Education:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Bachelor’s degree preferred.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p>

      Compensation:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Competitive base salary + commission + benefits package.<\/span><\/span>
