We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth within the industrial services sector. This role is focused on developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and partnering with operations to deliver solutions that maximize customer value. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter who thrives in a field-based sales environment and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Spend the majority of your time meeting with customers and prospects to identify business needs and generate new sales.
  • Manage sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Present service capabilities and value propositions in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Research target markets and identify new customers within assigned industries and territories.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profitability goals.
  • Partner with operations and internal teams to ensure successful project planning, pricing, and customer support.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers while continuing to identify additional business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Support strategic sales initiatives, territory planning, and market expansion efforts.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Promote a strong safety culture while adhering to company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of business development, outside sales, or industrial sales experience.
  • Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
