Cibes Symmetry is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow its residential elevator and accessibility solutions business throughout the Manassas and Northern Virginia market. This consultative sales role is responsible for building relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, contractors, and developers while managing custom projects from initial consultation through completion.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, developing new business, and guiding customers through customized solutions. Success in this role requires confidence in the field, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
This is a hybrid, field-based sales position serving the Manassas and Northern Virginia territory. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility as needed to accommodate customer meetings, consultations, project schedules, and networking opportunities. The role involves frequent local travel, in-home consultations, job site visits, and occasional office or showroom collaboration.
