The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to take over and grow an established territory in the Norton Shores area.
This role offers a strong existing customer base along with the opportunity to expand and develop new business. If you enjoy being in the field, building partnerships, and growing accounts over time, this is a great fit.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow an established book of business
Identify and develop new customers within your territory
Build strong, in-person relationships with key accounts
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting and order fulfillment
Stay organized and proactive in managing your pipeline and follow-up
What We're Looking For
Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
Industrial, fastener, or distribution experience is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory
