What You#39;ll Do

#183; Prospect and develop new B2B accounts while growing existing customer relationships.

#183; Meet with decision-makers such as safety managers, operations leaders, HR leaders, and facility managers to identify needs and recommend solutions.

#183; Present customized first-aid and safety programs, including products and services that help customers improve preparedness and workplace safety.

#183; Manage a sales pipeline, conduct follow-up, and close new business consistently.

#183; Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals through disciplined territory management and prospecting activity.

What You Bring

#183; 1-3+ years of outside sales experience; B2B sales experience is preferred.

#183; A strong record of prospecting, appointment-setting, and closing new business.

#183; Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned sales territory.

#183; Comfort using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and standard business software to manage activity and pipeline.

#183; A self-motivated, competitive, and coachable approach to sales.
