Outside Sales Representative - Forming and Shoring - Base Salary to 95k/year - Philadelphia, PA

• Our client is a leading provider of forming and shoring solutions supporting commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and concrete construction projects across the Northeast. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business throughout Pennsylvania and Upstate New York. This role is responsible for developing contractor relationships, identifying project opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating forming and shoring solutions for active construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities with general contractors, concrete contractors, industrial contractors, and infrastructure construction companies
  
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers throughout the assigned territory
  
• Consult with customers regarding forming and shoring system requirements for commercial and industrial construction projects
  
• Review blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop project proposals and quotations
• Prepare estimates, bids, pricing, and rental proposals for forming and shoring systems
  
• Coordinate delivery schedules, equipment utilization, erection activities, and dismantling of forming and shoring systems
  
• Work closely with field personnel, operations teams, and project stakeholders to support safe and profitable project execution
  
• Conduct customer meetings, job site visits, and project follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
  
• Negotiate pricing, project terms, and service agreements with customers
  
• Monitor project progress and assist with resolving field issues, equipment modifications, or customer concerns
  
• Maintain CRM activity, sales forecasting, expense reporting, and market intelligence documentation
  
• Track market trends, competitive activity, and upcoming construction opportunities within the territory

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience with forming and shoring systems, concrete forming systems, scaffolding systems, or related construction equipment
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, construction drawings, and technical documents
  
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or concrete construction projects
  
• Experience preparing construction proposals, bids, quotations, and project estimates
  
• Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania and Upstate New York for customer meetings and job site visits
  
• High School diploma required

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 75k – 95k/year range
