Job Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will develop and grow a commercial tire book of business across Fontana, CA and Paramount CA, focusing on fleets, trucking, construction, agriculture, and industrial accounts. You will be responsible for generating new business from scratch through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development with no expectation of assigned accounts.
You will maintain and grow customer relationships by providing expert product recommendations and delivering consistent, high-quality service in a competitive field sales environment. You will operate in a field-based role with daily travel within your assigned territory and no overnight travel required.
Success in this role will be measured through KPIs such as new account acquisition, gross profit generation, pipeline development, customer retention, and consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. You will be expected to operate independently, build a sustainable book of business, and transition from guarantee compensation to strong commission-based earnings through performance.
Background Profile:
2+ years of outside commercial tire sales experience (medium/heavy-duty, agricultural, industrial etc.)
Current relationship in the area - the ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running without needing to be handed accounts
Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Clean driving record

Salary guarantee for the first 6 month
Uncapped commission structure following guarantee period, with total on-target earnings of $75,000–$130,000+
