Role Description Commission with draw sales job with the opportunity to earn $80K to $100K a year. The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time job based in Greensboro, NC. This position is responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory through regular in-person visits to existing and prospective customers, including automotive dealerships, service centers, fleets, and industrial plants. Daily activities include conducting sales presentations, identifying customer needs, recommending lubrication products and solutions, and following up on quotes and orders. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships, respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams on pricing and logistics, and track sales activity in company systems. The role also involves prospecting for new business, attending industry events as needed, and achieving sales targets and performance metrics.

• Previous outside sales experience in automotive, industrial, or related distribution environments is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Comfort with using CRM systems, basic office software, and mobile tools to manage accounts and report activity.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize a territory, and meet or exceed defined sales goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or marketing is beneficial.
