Outside Sales Representative (Commission Only)
Location: Houston Area
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Houston area. This is a commission-only opportunity with strong earning potential, along with paid training and a car allowance. If you are self-motivated, reliable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and call on a wide range of manufacturing businesses, including:
- Machine shops
- Fabricators
- Screen printers
- Sign shops
- Other manufacturing and production companies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Manage your own sales pipeline and territory
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Some prior sales experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Veterans are encouraged to apply
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Honest, dependable, and self-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
