Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for generating new business and expanding RoofTX Roofing & Construction’s customer base. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting local homeowners and businesses, conducting on-site inspections, preparing estimates, and delivering professional sales presentations that explain roofing and construction solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, following up on leads, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to signed agreement. The representative will collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure accurate scope of work, timely scheduling, and high customer satisfaction. Regular responsibilities also include documenting activities in CRM tools, staying current on product offerings and industry trends, and representing the company at community events or networking opportunities.
