Outside Sales Representative

Aquabella Tile is a nationwide authority of premium porcelain tile, glass tile, and stone pavers and coping products primarily used for pool, spa and backyard entertainment.

We are currently seeking an individual to fill a position for an outside sales representative based out of our Jacksonville, FL location. The successful candidate will have demonstrated successful market development, have trust and integrity, preferably have customer and industry knowledge within the tile and/or Pool industry and have proven success with increasing market share and profitability.

 Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

\n

• \n
• Develop relationships with all level of builders, designers and distributors including counter staff, managers, sales staff and senior level relationships with key market targets.
• \n
• Continually deploy sample and display racks and timely follow up of sample requests and other marketing materials.
• \n
• Assist in developing market intelligence regarding competitors, customers and industry trends.
• \n
• Help assist and execute in streamlining the pricing structure for the region.
• \n
• Effectively communication with our other locations throughout the country.
• \n
• Prepare and communicate sales activities.
• \n
• Facilitate resolution of any account or product claims that may arise throughout the region.
• \n
• Manage marketing materials, display racks, brochures levels necessary for the region.
• \n
• Make sound independent judgements and decisions that favorably impact the region and the overall business.
• \n
• Must be willing and able to frequently travel throughout region. The actual sales territory assigned will take into consideration the location the sales representative is living, to maximize their effective time in the field.

• Must be able to drive for periods of time while adhering to all DOT laws and requirements.
• \n
• Must possess a valid drivers’ license.
• \n
• Required to maintain a clean and professional vehicle and work environment.

Required Knowledge, Competencies and Experience

\n

• \n
• Prefer college degree, High school diploma is required.
• \n
• Desire a minimum of 4 years’ experience in comparable role and industry.
• \n
• Proven track record of increasing revenue, profits and product distribution.
• \n
• The candidate must have an ability to use a laptop computer and have basic Microsoft Office experience, including excel, word, outlook.
• \n
• Effective time management and organization skills.
• \n
• Sharp interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including influencing and negotiating are a plus.
• \n
• Comfortable and effective making sales presentation and product demonstrations.
• \n
• Professional, reliable and trustworthy.
• \n
• Willing to supply work related personal references if requested.
• \n
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
