Outside Sales Representative

ChemStation of Louisiana, located in Hammond, LA, is looking to train a full time Outside Sales Representative in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.

We aim to find customer prospects, introduce ChemStation to them, to be helpful as a sales consultant, to find the best product to fit our customers’ needs, and to provide continual service and growth as our customers’ needs change. At ChemStation, we have a unique system. We have a niche in the market that will eliminate most of the competition.

Base Salary, mileage reimbursement, plus up to 30% commissions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

What we are looking for:

· 2-years of experience calling on medium to large accounts; you will be prospecting, cold calling

· Self-motivated to find new business accounts

· Great phone skills and strong verbal communication, exceptional listening abilities and above average problem-solving skills

· Some computer skills required: MS Office, Excel

· Customer service mindset with some mechanical skills helpful

· Ability to not just meet sales goals, but to constantly surpass them

· Willingness to learn products, procedures and equipment

· Reliable vehicle because this job is for Road Warriors who thrive being a “Sales Hunter”
