    Generator Sales Specialist (100% Commission | $150K–$300K+ Potential)
    Territory: Polk County & Surrounding Areas (Lake Wales Region)

    This Role Isn’t for Everyone

    Ridge Energy Savers is expanding, and we’re looking for a proven closer ready to take ownership of a high-opportunity territory. This is a 100% commission role built for sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential, thrive on performance, and don’t need hand-holding to succeed.

    Our top performers generate $1.5M–$3M+ annually - translating into $150K–$300K+ incomes, with room to grow.

    What You’ll Own

    • Run company-provided leads while generating your own high-value opportunities
    • Conduct in-home consultations and close premium standby generator systems
    • Own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed agreement
    • Build referral networks with homeowners, builders, and property managers
    • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent follow-up process
    • Partner with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience

    • 100% commission (uncapped)
