Outside Sales Representative

Mars Roofing is seeking motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for competitive, self-motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing sales.

This is not a desk job or a passive sales position. Successful candidates will be comfortable working directly with homeowners, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue through both insurance restoration and retail sales opportunities.

Compensation

• $90,000 – $250,000+ annually
• Uncapped commission structure
• Training and ongoing development provided

Key Responsibilities

• Run company-provided appointments and generate self-sourced leads
• Conduct inspections for roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior remodeling projects
• Meet directly with homeowners to assess needs and present solutions
• Manage customer relationships from initial consultation through project completion
• Identify and manage insurance restoration opportunities as well as retail sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities using CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and industry training
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, roofing, or exterior remodeling sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to confidently handle objections and ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
• Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed
