Are you a motivated, people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, traveling, and working with purpose-driven industries? We are looking for an energetic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team serving the law enforcement and public safety industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of B2B sales, outside sales, account management, or territory sales experience who enjoys connecting with people, creating long-term partnerships, and being part of a respected niche industry.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, distributors, and business clients
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
- Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Follow up on quotes, customer needs, and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain CRM activity, sales reports, and pipeline management
- Travel within assigned territory as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of outside sales, B2B sales, territory sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
- Someone who enjoys meeting new people and building trust
- Passion for customer service and helping clients succeed
- Interest in the law enforcement, uniform, tactical, or public safety industry is a plus
- Ability to travel for client visits and trade shows
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
