Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Outside Sales Representative for a confidential healthcare services client. This is a field-based opportunity supporting a local sales territory throughout the Denver metro area, based out of Lone Tree, Colorado.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow referral partnerships across the Denver metro area. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and managing their own territory while receiving strong training and support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners throughout your assigned territory
Prospect new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts through regular outreach
Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions while delivering exceptional customer service
Develop and execute territory growth strategies while maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent the organization at networking events, community outreach activities, and industry meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability to achieve goals, performance metrics, or sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and accountability
Comfortable with face-to-face business development and local travel throughout the territory
Valid driver's license with a desire to build a long-term career in outside sales
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This position offers a base salary of $55,000-$65,000, plus a performance-based commission program. Benefits include a company vehicle, cell phone reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and comprehensive onboarding and sales training.
