What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meet homeowners in person throughout Suffolk County
  • Conduct appointments with motivated sellers
  • Build rapport and uncover real urgency
  • Negotiate and close real estate deals
  • Work closely with leadership and lead management
  • Track appointments and follow-up activities
  • Help homeowners find the best solution for their situation

Compensation

Training Ramp:

$3,000/month guaranteed during onboarding period

Long-Term Compensation:

  • Commission structure with massive upside

Requirements

  • Must live near or be willing to work in Suffolk County / Long Island
  • Must be comfortable driving to appointments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle emotional conversations professionally
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
