Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities for Casa Blanc’s doors and windows. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting virtual or on-site sales meetings, and delivering tailored product presentations that address customer needs. The role involves nurturing relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers, providing consultative guidance on product options, and preparing accurate quotes and proposals. The Outside Sales Representative will follow up on inquiries, manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Regular reporting on sales activities and market feedback is expected to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Comfort with using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and basic productivity software for sales tracking and presentations.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed, subject to business requirements.
