Outside Sales Representative

DESCRIPTION:

U.S. Paverscape, Inc. is a growing and custom concrete products manufacturer of hardscape materials, with three locations in Stuart, Haines City & Maitland, FL. We are looking for a motivated candidate to fulfill the role of Outside Sales Representative to target the Central Florida region, with homebase being the Maitland Showroom. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and a primary focus on improving the results of our sales department within our organization. Honesty, integrity and a commitment to professionalism are a must. This is full time position, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p and occasional Saturdays from 10a-2p.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Directly build and maintain relationships with key existing and new accounts to ultimately increase our brand awareness.
• Meeting with customers in person to identify their needs and close sales deals.
• Traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers.
• Negotiating sales contracts and informing clients about new products, updates, and features.
• Conducting sales calls and face-to-face sales.
• Managing & strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Developing relationships with potential clients and finalizing sales deals.
• Focusing on lead generation and conversion.
• Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales professional with experience in building products or tangible goods manufacturing.
• Building products industry experience is a plus with knowledge of how to penetrate residential and commercial market segments through general and specialty contractors.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities with real world sales responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as Quickbooks.
• Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
