Outside Sales Representative

Wolfe Perseverance is a growing sales and marketing firm in the Milwaukee area actively hiring for an Outside Sales Representative. We specialize in face to face customer acquisition, in person sales presentations, and brand representation for nationally recognized clients. This is an entry level, full time position with paid training and a clear path into leadership and management. No prior experience is required, but backgrounds in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or athletics translate well into this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face to face customer acquisition and client outreach
• Deliver basic sales presentations and explain products and services clearly
• Build relationships with new customers and maintain brand loyalty
• Represent yourself and the company professionally in an assigned territory
• Manage leads, track activity, and update accounts using Salesforce CRM
• Meet daily and weekly sales performance goals
