As a Residential Fiber Sales Representative, you’ll introduce customers to the benefits of 100% fiber Internet and help them upgrade to a faster, more reliable experience. You’ll manage your own territory, build relationships within neighborhoods, and play a key role in expanding our growing fiber network.

What You’ll Do

Introduce homeowners to Empire Fiber Internet services
Prospect new customers through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and community engagement
Build relationships within the communities we serve
Manage and grow your assigned sales territory
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers
Consistently meet—and strive to exceed—monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate records and updates in the company CRM

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience preferred
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Successful candidates often come from direct sales backgrounds such as solar, home improvement, roofing, alarms, pest control, or telecommunications.

No prior telecom experience required — we’ll train the right sales professional.

Compensation

Annual earning potential: $75,000 – $95,000+

Includes base compensation and performance incentives, with opportunities to exceed targets.
Top performers consistently exceed the listed earning range.

Work Environment

This is a community-based sales role where you’ll spend time in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners and introducing them to the benefits of fiber Internet.
Representatives should be comfortable engaging with potential customers in person and building relationships within the communities we serve.
