Outside Sales Representative - Packaging & Logistics Solutions

• Drive new business development activities across assigned territories throughout the United States.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food, retail, packaging, logistics, transportation, manufacturing and industrial markets.
• Identify customer operational challenges and recommend tailored transport packaging and logistics solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation and closing.
• Grow existing customer accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing product adoption.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and international teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and site assessments.
• Develop strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular forecasting updates.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.
• Travel extensively to support customer engagement and business development activities across the US.

Key requirements include:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Background within food distribution, packaging, transportation, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling technical, operational or process-driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Comfortable engaging with operations, supply chain, logistics, warehouse and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong technical curiosity.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.

• Base salary in the region of $85,000 - $100,000, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
