True North Restoration of Savannah is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop referral relationships and expand business opportunities throughout the greater Savannah market.

This is a true outside sales and territory development role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting for new business
  • Building referral partnerships
  • Developing relationships in the field
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Creating opportunities
  • Growing a territory over time

This is not an account management position with preexisting relationships handed to you.

The company provides training, structure, systems, operational support, and sales leadership — but success in this role still requires consistent activity, networking, follow-up, and business development effort.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build referral relationships throughout the Savannah territory
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with property managers, insurance agents and adjusters, plumbing and HVAC contractors, commercial facilities professionals, business owners and local referral sources
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings
  • Promote restoration and emergency response services
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and territory activity inside CRM
  • Attend networking events, trade associations, and local business functions
  • Coordinate with operations and leadership teams to support customer experience and long-term relationship growth
