Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Exteriors (Storm Damage)

Hail and wind hit southern Wisconsin every single year. Right now there are homeowners in Beloit, Janesville and the Madison area with real storm damage on their roof, siding, windows and gutters who have no idea it is there, and an insurance policy they have no idea how to use.

Your job is to find them, show them, and sign them.

We hand you the leads. We build the jobs. You sell and you get paid.

The Money

100% commission. No salary. No draw. No cap.

• Our reps run $75,000 to $150,000 a year. Top performers go past it.
• Straight commission means no medical, dental, vision or PTO. We are telling you that up front so nobody is surprised on day one.
• Want more? Reps who choose to run their own jobs earn a bonus on top of commission. Optional, never required.

What You Will Actually Do

• Work company-provided leads, and self-generate on top of them when you want a bigger check.
• Inspect roofs, siding, windows and gutters for hail and wind damage.
• Walk homeowners through the insurance claim from first inspection to the adjuster meeting to approval.
• Close retail jobs for homeowners who are not filing a claim.
• Hand the signed contract to production and go sell the next one. You are not chasing crews, ordering material or babysitting builds unless you want the bonus that comes with it.

What We Need From You

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver license and a smartphone
• Willing to climb a ladder and walk a roof
• Able to knock a door and start a conversation with a stranger without flinching
• Coachable. You run our process first, then improve on it.
• Storm and insurance restoration experience is a plus, not a requirement. We will train the right person.
