ShieldPro is seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in roofing sales. This role is focused on generating new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and self-generated leads. We’re looking for someone who understands roofing and can confidently sell services while helping expand opportunities in additional service areas. Responsibilities: • Generate new business through door-to-door sales and networking efforts • Focus on roofing sales as the top priority while identifying additional service opportunities • Inspect and measure roofs to provide accurate estimates • Educate homeowners on roofing products and services • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Follow up on leads and close sales • Manage your territory and sales pipeline independently
Requirements: • Proven experience in roofing sales (highly desired) • Strong sales background with the ability to close deals • Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and self-generating leads • Ability to safely inspect and measure roofs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
