ABOUT US

FASTSIGNS Las Vegas East is a locally owned sign and graphics shop serving the

entire Las Vegas metro, from Summerlin to Henderson to North Las Vegas. We

design, produce, and install everything from building signs and channel letters

to vehicle wraps, ADA and wayfinding systems, banners, window graphics, and

trade show displays.

The shop changed hands in 2026 and the new owners are investing in it: new

equipment, a bigger production team, a contractor's license for larger install

work, and real infrastructure behind the sales effort. We are past $1 million in

annual revenue and building toward considerably more.

This is a small team where you will know everyone by name and see the work you

sell get built and installed.

THE ROLE

You own new business for the shop. That means getting in front of general

contractors, property managers, facility managers, business owners, and

commercial developers across the full Las Vegas metro, and turning those

conversations into signed projects.

You will not be handed a script and a phone list. You will build a territory,

and you will have the owners' backing to do it.

What you will do day to day:

• Prospect and cold call builders, contractors, property managers, and

commercial businesses

• Run site surveys and take measurements at customer locations
• Work up estimates and bids, then present proposals in person
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot from first contact through close
• Hand off closed jobs cleanly to our operations manager and production team
• Track job costs and gross profit on every project you sell
• Reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing relationships
• Attend builder association meetings, chamber events, and industry networking
• Stay involved through installation so the customer stays happy

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales, or comparable experience selling to businesses

face to face

• Comfortable with cold outreach. A meaningful part of this job is starting

conversations with people who were not expecting you

• Valid Nevada driver's license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record
• Able to read a tape measure, take field measurements, and describe a job site

accurately

• Organized enough to keep a CRM current without being chased
• Able to lift and handle sample materials and occasionally work outdoors in

Las Vegas heat

Preferred, but we will train the right person:

• Sign industry, print, or visual communications experience
• Construction, building products, or commercial trades background
• Familiarity with permits, blueprints, or the bidding process
• Experience quoting from cost rather than from a price sheet
• Existing relationships with GCs, property managers, or facility managers in

the Las Vegas market

Who tends to do well here: people who are self-directed, who follow up without

being reminded, and who would rather build something than inherit it.

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $30,000 to $40,000 per year, depending on experience. Paid

biweekly.

Commission: 10 percent of gross profit on qualified sales, uncapped.

Gross profit is the job's revenue minus its direct costs (materials, vended

work, permits, subcontracted install, freight). Shop overhead and salaries are

not deducted. Price a job well and you earn more on it. Commission is paid after

the customer pays.

Qualified sales include new business you source, dormant accounts you

reactivate, existing accounts you materially expand, and larger inbound jobs

(over $2,500) that you personally scope, estimate, and close. Routine walk-in

and small repeat orders that require no sales effort are handled by our inside

team.

What that looks like in practice: $500,000 in closed and collected qualified

sales at a typical 50 percent gross margin produces about $25,000 in

commission. There is no cap, and no ceiling on your territory.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility to meet customers

on their schedule. Field time and shop time both matter here.
