We are a well-established and always busy organization in the Sports Courts Construction, Maintenance and Repair Industry seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help us continue to grow and expand in our market. You'll work with schools, parks, municipalities, industrial clients, and private facilities to provide solutions for building and maintaining tennis, pickleball, basketball, and other sport courts. If you’re excited to sell a high-impact, visible service that improves schools, parks, and communities — this role offers strong income potential, autonomy, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and close contracts with schools, municipalities, parks, and private entities.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right court construction or maintenance solutions.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Track activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).

What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (construction, facility services, or related preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational habits and follow-through.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, email, calendar, etc.).

This is a full-time, long term career opportunity ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a consultative sales approach, and a genuine interest in contributing to bettering communities. The starting base pay range is $60K-$80K (doe) plus benefits and commissions (total expected first year earnings $105K-$125K+).
