Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve prospects questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present staffing services as a solution to new customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve prospect inquiries
• Set follow-up appointments to keep prospects aware of latest developments
• Use sales material to present to prospects

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with prospects
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
