Outside Sales Representative – Fleet Maintenance & Repair

We are a growing fleet-focused diesel repair and maintenance company building long-term partnerships with commercial trucking fleets, construction companies, and equipment-based operations.

We're looking for a field-based, relationship-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to grow and manage our fleet customer base. This isn't a retail sales role, and it isn't a "sit back and wait for leads" position — but it's also not high-pressure, transactional selling. We want someone professional, organized, and consistent who builds trust and follows through on what they say they'll do.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop relationships with fleet operators and business accounts
• Visit local businesses, job sites, yards, and fleet facilities
• Build trust with decision makers (owners, fleet managers, maintenance supervisors)
• Present our service capabilities and help customers transition maintenance to our shop
• Follow up consistently with prospects — this role is built on persistence
• Maintain CRM notes, pipeline tracking, and communication logs
• Manage and grow existing accounts, understanding evolving needs and recommending the right services
• Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts

What We're Looking For

• Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development (fleet, trucking, automotive, or industrial services a plus)
• Comfortable with regular field visits and face-to-face relationship building
• Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged
• Valid driver's license
