What Your Day Looks Like

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Recommend agricultural equipment and solutions based on customer needs
  • Stay informed on John Deere products, competitive brands, equipment values, incentive programs, and financing options
  • Develop effective sales plans and outreach strategies
  • Conduct field equipment demonstrations and assist with operator training
  • Oversee equipment delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with management to support growth and maintain competitive positioning
  • Monitor agricultural trends to stay ahead of customer needs

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with computers and online tools
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of account management or equipment sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture
  • Willingness to learn - we will train highly motivated candidates
