What Youll Do Respond quickly to emergency property losses-often within hours. Meet property owners on-site assess their needs and guide them toward solutions generating revenue opportunities. Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner. Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations. Work closely with owners adjusters project managers first responders and community leaders. Monitor interpret and respond to lead sources providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events. On-call 247 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled Earn uncapped bonuses on top of your base salary for every signed job. Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildingsfacilities Cold call proseective businesses by email phone calls and in-person introductions B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services at their facilities Schedule in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled Plan develop and establish sales policies principles and procedures Maintain a commercial client contract log and pipeline Maintain companys CRM Conduct market research and assist with lead generation
