Hometown Roofing& Construction is currently searching for an Outside Sales Representative/Project Manager to guide customers from initial inspection through project completion while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the process. This role combines sales, project management, customer service, and long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Construction, roofing, restoration, or exterior remodeling experience helpful but not required
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development:

• Conduct residential and commercial exterior inspections
• Meet with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, gutter, window, and exterior improvement needs
• Prepare and present proposals and project recommendations
• Follow up on company-generated leads and inquiries
• Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship building
• Educate customers on products, warranties, financing options, and project expectations

Project Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after project completion
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Business Development:

• Maintain an active sales pipeline using company CRM systems
• Participate in community networking events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
• Develop referral relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance professionals, property managers, and local businesses
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
