Position: Outside Sales Representative Location: In-person / field-based. Serving Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Dane, and surrounding Wisconsin counties. Headquarters in Waukesha, WI. Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Only | Full-Time

Role Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to design custom exterior projects, guide them through the insurance claim process, and close deals with professionalism. This is a face-to-face, field-based role with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and maximize your results.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to design custom exterior projects -- roofing, siding, gutters, and more.
  • Guide clients through the insurance claim process, helping them understand and maximize their coverage.
  • Prepare and present contracts, close deals, and manage client relationships with professionalism.
  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and local outreach.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent the BFHD brand with integrity, energy, and customer-first service.

Who Thrives Here

Required:

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable knocking doors, meeting clients in person, and presenting solutions face-to-face.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

  • Experience in construction, roofing, home improvement, or insurance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

What You Can Expect

Compensation: $70K-$150K+ first-year earning potential (Commission-Only). Uncapped -- top reps earn $150K+ annually, plus performance-based bonuses for top closers.
