Our client, a well-established manufacturer and supplier, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow market share, build long-term customer relationships, and represent their brands in the field. This role is ideal for a proactive seller who thrives on developing new business while strengthening existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth within an assigned territory
- Focus on selling company brands and reducing reliance on competitor products
- Spend 20-25% of time on new business development
- Educate customers on product applications and solutions
- Selling new machining tools, wire edm supplies, press brake tooling for fabricators and tool room supplies like centerless grinding wheels, Norton abrasives for tool maintenance
- Set and track monthly and annual sales and margin goals
- Must have proven experience in B2B sales
- Must have strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Must be comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Must have willingness to continuously learn products, markets, and sales strategies.
