Job Description
Superior Recruiting Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to increase sales volume throughout the Philadelphia and Delaware area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, managing current and prospective client relationships, generating and qualifying leads, and increasing revenue through the sale of our services. The position will also involve researching sales competition and identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business through a variety of sales methods, including door-to-door sales, cold calling, presentations, and lead follow-up. Responsibilities will include forecasting sales, developing and evaluating sales strategies, identifying client needs, and building productive, long-term relationships. The representative will be expected to meet personal and area sales targets, research and generate new leads, attend area marketing meetings, community events, and trainings, and maintain and expand the client database throughout the Philadelphia and Delaware area. The position will also require working directly with the President of the company and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications
Candidates should have proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate will be familiar with various sales techniques and pipeline management, have strong computer skills, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be self-motivated, driven, knowledgeable about the Philadelphia and Delaware area, and able to work effectively as part of a team while communicating with team members and staffing consultants.
